Cameo was discarded by her adopted family and left to find her own way. She's a fighter though and fortunately, she was found by a Lost Companion volunteer who brought her in to a safe and loving environment where she is learning to trust again.

Cameo can get a little spunky from her days of surviving on her own and would probably be best as an only cat or an inside/outside family member.

Cotton is approximately 10 years old. We call her our den mother as she takes all of the kittens here under her wing. She is a very loving and  sweet girl to younger cats.

Cotton came to us with dental issues. As a result, she had to have all but 2 of her teeth pulled. You would never know that though! She still eats dry and wet food like she always has.

This sweet cat would do best in a home with a younger cat or two. She is  very good with taking care of the younger cats here at The Lost  Companion, we feel she may feel a bit lost if she were to be the only cat in the household.

Lola

Louise

Tabby/Tiger, Medium Hair, Female

Lola was brought to The Lost Companion along with six kittens from a  hoarding situation.  She is very sweet and very shy.  She loves to hang  out in her special spot and keeps to herself.  Maybe you noticed her  pictures are all from the same spot?  She seems to really appreciate her  very own space.  Lola

Louise has a sweet personality and absolutely loves attention.  She will  tell you her entire life story with her purrs each time you pet her and  maybe just the right person or family will come along that can surround  her with love for the remainder of her life.  We certainly hope she  will be given that opportunity.

Moxie and her 3 kittens were found in a carrier outside of our back  door. The note said, "Dear staff, There is a mother cat and her 3  kittens here. She spent the 1st year of her life indoors and the 2nd  outside. She is very sweet. Please find them good homes". And that is  exactly what we intend to do.

We are guessing Moxie's age at 2-3 years old by what the note said. They  were right about Moxie being very sweet. She is pretty shy at first.  However, once she warms up to you, she freely gives you love.

Moxie is fully vaccinated and looking for her forever home. Is that yours?

Patchouli is a beautiful mother cat who came to The Lost Companion with  her kittens. She arrived with an open head wound and a broken leg that  was already calcified and had healed up without being treated by a vet, therefore it was not set correctly when it healed. On advice from Veterinarians that were consulted, there is no reason to re-break or amputate her leg.  It is causing her no pain and she gets along just fine with her limp.

Patchouli used to be somewhat tentative around our volunteers, but has  accepted their attention with open paws. She would be a wonderful member  of any family that has time to give her the love and attention she  needs.

Thelma

Calico, Medium Hair, Female

Thelma, along with her sister, Louise, arrived at The Lost Companion in a  box abandoned on our doorstep.  Fortunately, one of our volunteers  noticed the box and found them.  We estimate Thelma's age to be about  three to five years old.  She is so grateful to be loved and shows us  that every chance she gets.

We adopt out cats and kittens directly. Costs are $95 for one or $165 for two. Fees include: spay/neuter, distemper and rabies vaccination, Feline Leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, ear mite, and flea treatment.

Our adoption philosophy is to adopt our cats and kittens into families that are the best fit to ensure a forever home. Therefore, TLC does not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis.
